2. Product & Service Terms and Conditions
Cloudoora provides global services including web hosting, domain registration, and related solutions. By purchasing from Cloudoora, you agree to the following terms.
2.1 Account Setup & Contact Information
Accounts are activated after successful payment verification. You are responsible for ensuring your contact and email information is accurate. All credentials are sent to your registered email. Providing false or outdated information may lead to service suspension.
2.2 Payments & Renewals
All services are prepaid. We accept major international payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, and bank transfers.
- Renewal notices are sent 1–30 days in advance
- Unpaid services past the due date may be suspended or terminated
- Customers are responsible for renewing services on time to avoid downtime or data loss
2.3 Late Payments
If a service is not renewed by the due date:
- Suspension occurs after 7 days
- Termination occurs after 30 days of non-payment
- Reactivation may require additional fees
2.4 Website Transfers
Our team can assist with website migration:
- 1 site transfer for shared hosting
- Up to 25 accounts for reseller hosting
- Up to 50 accounts for VPS hosting
- Up to 100 accounts for dedicated servers
Additional transfers may incur fees. While we strive for complete accuracy, migrations are a courtesy, not a guaranteed service.
2.5 Prohibited Content
The following are strictly prohibited on our servers:
- Hacking, phishing, or malicious scripts
- Adult or explicit content
- Proxy/Anonymizer tools
- Pirated software, warez
- Mass mailing or spam scripts
- MLM, HYIP, or investment platforms
- Cron jobs running more frequently than every 30 minutes
Accounts violating these rules may be terminated without notice.
2.6 Backups & Data Responsibility
Cloudoora offers weekly backup services as a courtesy. However:
- We are not responsible for data loss
- Users are strongly encouraged to maintain their backups
- Suspended or terminated accounts are excluded from backup retrieval
2.7 Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your hosting service within the first 30 days to request a refund. Conditions:
- Applies to hosting only (not domains or add-ons)
- A valid reason must be provided
- If we are unable to resolve your issue within a reasonable time, we will refund in full
- Violations of our Terms or abuse disqualify you from refunds
- Refunds are one-time and non-repeatable
2.8 Suspension, Termination & Account Access
Cloudoora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, non-payment, or fraudulent activity, with or without notice.
